I scheduled a deep clean. I have had people 'deep' clean before and never felt that my house was clean. I have two OES that I keep in full coat, as a result we deal with lots of hair everywhere, floors, carpet, lampshades etc., and it is difficult to keep up with the cleaning of all those things on a regular basis. Z truly gave my home a deep clean! She worked a long day to complete the job and the results are beyond anything I expected. For the first time in many years I see my home sparkle and shine! 100%. That's what we think of Z. :) Her first visit to our home was for a consultation. We chatted about her background and her cleaning process, and she explained what cleaning products and tools she uses and why. She listened as I explained which rooms are high-traffic / "lived in," then we walked around the house while she explained how she would clean each area. We scheduled a cleaning appointment for a week later for the cleaning, and Z was on time with a big smile on her face. She explained that the first cleaning usually takes a tad bit longer, and three hours later, we walked into a pristine, lovely-smelling, extremely clean and beautiful home. We so appreciate her attention to detail, willingness to communicate well and especially... her kindness. :)

Zona was very flexible working around our move-in date. We rented an older 2 bedroom apartment and it wasn't in the best condition. The refrigerator had extensive MOLD and the baseboards were very dirty and stained. She worked around the management office not providing a key (they volunteered to do this!) for her and she had to wait for my son to drive across town to let her in! Admirably she took all this in stride. After she finished all mold was GONE and this older rather dingy apartment smelled so CLEAN!

Zona has made my wife and I a believer on the saying, "You get what you pay for." In the past, we hired cleaners that were $35 to $60 to clean a full house. Each time we were disappointed with the half cleaning, no speaking english, disheveled appearance and dishonesty. We desperately required a professional to do a deep clean on a rental property that was literally trashed by former tenants. I hired Ms. Zee and she did an AMAZING job returning this home back to its charm. I was very impressed with her professionalism and most of all her personality. Before she cleaned, Ms. Zee did a walkthrough and confirmed our needs. When we returned, we were amazed on how the home looked and the refreshing clean smell throughout the entire house. This is the first time we were not disappointed for spending the monies on a cleaning service. I am a "tight wad" and Ms. Zee definitely gives you your monies worth! What an amazing cleaning! I was very impressed with the professionalism, honesty and quality of service. When Zee arrived, she and I did a walkthrough and confirmed the areas to be cleaned. She even cleaned areas that were not requested. The outside of cabinets and a few doors that had some stains. My home feels, smells refreshing and is clean! Z is amazing! We have two giant dogs that shed like there is no tomorrow and when I'd get home after Z had been there, you would have no idea there was 200+lbs of dog wandering around the house. Her deep cleaning was the absolute best and even if you don't need regular cleaning, have her come work her magic at least once - she was there for almost 8 hours and it was worth EVERY penny. At one point she had our couches flipped over and was cleaning the underside of them... who does that?!?! Z does that. Plus she recommended some cleaning supplies that would help maintain between cleanings, and I even consulted her before I bought a new vacuum (if you have dogs, you need the Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away TruePet). All of the products Z used were safe for the dogs. She even used Mrs. Meyers lavender scented products in the bedroom to help us sleep better. The list goes on and on... just be sure you get on her waitlist ASAP!

I am a clean freak! I had to leave town on the same date we closed on our first home. I knew I needed someone to get in there for a deep cleaning, especially since I wasn't home to do it myself. I looked up many reviews, but I was drawn to Zona. Although our final price ended up being higher than our quote (which, according to my husband, was totally justified!), Zona did a spectacular job. The prior owners didn't even vacuum before they moved out! Zona and her helper cleaned from 830am-930am...without a break! She even kept me thoroughly updated via text while I was away. I HIGHLY recommend her, and will use her again in the future.

"My house has Never been cleaned like this.. Amazing she deep cleaned all my woodwork and doors. She was at my house for 8 hours! Plan for the whole day the first time and you will have to pay extra the first time, but well worth every penny. You get what you pay for . Only used her this once, but I will be scheduling again next month. She stated she will rotate different areas each time she comes. Can't wait to see what she does next month."

"She was very responsive, prompt and thorough. I had an extremely difficult situation where a house sitter had trashed my home and abandoned my dogs. She coordinated quickly and professionally with the new house sitter. She got in there and took care of it in a day. She even fended off nosy neighbors who claimed to be from the Health Department and tried to gain access to my home. She even hired and paid a waste removal service to dispose of 30 bags of trash piled on my back porch. I am working over 5,000 miles away, and she made an impossible situation manageable for me."
